At UGO Pilates, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Below you’ll find details about our return policy, refund process, and eligibility requirements.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window for all products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you’re simply not satisfied, you may return it for a full refund or replacement — no restocking fees, no hassle.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether it was approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received a refund, please contact us at ugopilates@gmail.com.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Items returned without prior approval or missing original packaging may be denied a refund or replacement.
Refund Process
Damaged or Defective Items
Report any issues within 7 days of delivery. We’ll provide instructions for return or replacement.
Change of Mind / Unsatisfactory Items
If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re happy to help with a return — no restocking fee will be applied.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Please note, we do not offer refunds for orders that do not arrive due to issues like incorrect shipping addresses or refusal to accept the package.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us — they will not be accepted.
